📅 Booking terms and conditions

The chalet is available to book from early May to late October.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• During the high season (late June to late August): Weekly rentals, from Saturday to Saturday, barring any exceptions

🕒 Check-in & check-out

• Self-service check-in from 3.00 pm (key box)
• The owners may be able to welcome you until 8.00 pm
• Practical information will be sent to you by email before your arrival
• Check-out by 10.00 am, in accordance with the instructions left on site
  (used bedding to be collected, waste sorting, etc.)

🧺 Included in the price

• Bed linen and bathroom linen
• Cleaning charges

💳 Tourist tax

Tourist taxes are not included in the price and must be paid on arrival.
(Prices in force in the municipality of Evolène)

💳 Payment and cancellation terms

• 40% of the total amount at the time of booking
• Balance due 30 days before arrival

Cancellation policy:
• Cancellation more than 30 days in advance: the deposit remains payable
• Cancellation less than 30 days in advance: 100% of the amount is due

Booking confirmation:
The booking is only confirmed and finalised upon receipt of the deposit of 40%. If this payment is not received within the timeframe specified at the time of the request, the dates will be made available again.

⚠️ Liability & deposit

No deposit is required.

By confirming their booking, the tenant undertakes to use the property with care and to respect the premises and the equipment provided. Should any damage be found, the tenant may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement.
Confirmation of the booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend that tenants take out third-party liability insurance to cover any damage.

• Pets not allowed
• Non-smoking accommodation

⚖️ Force majeure

The owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, fire, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

In that case, the amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction shall be the location of the property (Evolène / Court of the Canton of Valais), unless otherwise required by law.
